: The Canadian International Institute ofApplied Negotiation ' sDomestic Corporate Program is dedicated to integrating the mostinnovative Dispute Resolution skills and theory into private andpublic sector corporate settings to help people resolveinterpersonal conflict and to improve their relationships withother corporate entities. CIIAN's Domestic Corporate Program isconducted through Concorde Inc. , which maintains astrategic alliance with CIIAN. Concorde Inc. is a private disputeresolution company which has experience in areas such asnegotiation advice to corporate negotiators and designing anddeveloping conflict management systems.

The Institute is committed to working withCanadian corporate clients to develop and design DisputeResolution projects and to deliver services to meet the specificneeds of our domestic corporate by drawing on our experience indispute resolution at the national and international level.

In CIIAN's Domestic Corporate Program,experienced dispute resolution practitioners work with clients todevelop services or programs which address their need to resolveor manage specific types of conflict. CIIAN has developed,designed and delivered several professional development workshopsto deal positively with conflict in areas such as harassment orlabour-management relations through the use of mediation. Somecourses have been designed as credits towards the Certificate inADR in CIIAN's Practitioner Program, which allows people topursue further ADR training with other Certificate candidatesfrom a variety of other backgrounds.
